Material return authorization process (RMA):
In the case of returns, the Authorization request to return materials must be submitted after accepting the terms and conditions detailed below.
This is mandatory on all returns of ITECH elements regardless of the reason for the return.
Items must be returned with all accessories, manuals, software and warranty claims, must be placed in their original packaging and must not be damaged.
Upon receipt of your RMA number, repackage the items in the same manner as they were sent to you. If the original box is marked or damaged in any way, a replacement fee of 25% will be charged.
Avoid writing directly on the original box or packaging.
The RMA number was clearly mentioned in the outer box of the package because the package will not be accepted without verification of the RMA number.
